What We Offer

Light Industrial Manufacturing

Manufacturing has long since been part of this building's history and it still represents a substantial part of our services. Several of our tenants use our in-house CNC machine and other industrial production tools to produce their goods, 
such as a 2-ton crane, several forklifts, and other fabrication tooling.

Office and Co-Working Spaces

We offer a unique office and co-working spaces cultivated by a patina of red brick, concrete, and large windows. We tailor to your needs, and can accommodate availability in as little as 10 days. Stop in today for a tour!
